TO THE ISSUE OF LABOR LAW ENFORCEMENT TO COOPERATION INVOLVING THE STATE CIVIL SERVICE

Abstract

The the paper considers the current status of the legislation: labor and state civil service. Despite the similarity in individual characteristics, the author proves the necessity to distinguish between an employment contract and a service contract and he also indicates their most significant features. There are gaps in the legislation regulating the state civil service. The ways to solve this problem are proposed.
