The article examines the international legal regulation of strategic health development using the example of OECD countries. The joint OECD-WHO Health 2020 Programme: a European Policy Framework and Strategy for the 21st Century (2012) is presented as an example. At the same time, the work of the International Labour Organization (ILO) is being addressed through the implementation of conventions and recommendations. The ILO conventions and recommendations play a major role in promoting health in a pandemic.References
