Abstract

The ecological imperative is now becoming the main principle of society and it is also the main condition for the conservation of our civilization, and social responsibility is the essential sign of social existence. The article is devoted to the study the ecological imperative, its place and role in the system of interests of the society, in the process of implementation of which the environment is harmed. The author gives the examples of a negative impact of natural industries on the environment, it is noted that the issue of causing harm to the environment by lawful actions in the paradigm of the environmental imperative remains highly controversial.
