Abstract

The article considers actual problems of innovative mechanisms of forensic expert activity’s quality assurance and their legislative consolidation. The expediency of developing a Code on Forensic Activities in the Russian Federation to unify the legislation on the forensic expertise organization and procedure in state and non-state forensic organizations has been substantiated, experts engaged in individual forensic activities and persons with special knowledge in the sphere of forensic expertise and involved in forensic investigations.
