Our country in its entire history has never tried to develop orientated on the natural-legal regularities of human development. This conclusion may be recommended for recognition as a scientific novelty. Moreover, the post-Soviet Russia is now going through the phase of searching for its future development. Taking this into account, the purpose of this article is to reveal and show the ways of transition from the post-Soviet Russian Federation to the natural laws of social development that have been historically tested in many countries of the world. At the same time, the article has the purpose to arouse the interest of the scientific world, to study the ways and directions of the Russia's future development of in the post-Soviet modernization of its social life.
