THE NATURE AND STRUCTURE OF THE INVESTIGATIVE SITUATION WHEN USING TACTICAL TECHNIQUES TO INVESTIGATE VIOLENT OFFICIAL CRIMES

Increasing the effectiveness of tactical techniques is one of the investigative tactics tasks in criminalistic theory. An important role in this task is played by investigative situations and their correct definition in the investigation of official violent crimes. The purpose of the research is to determine the nature and the structure of the investigative situation in the investigation of official violent crimes and its dependence on the use of certain tactical techniques. Methods: analysis of normative-legal regulation, formal-legal, comparative-legal. Results: the elements of the investigative situation in the given category of cases are identified, private tasks of investigative situation, influence of tactical techniques on complex investigative situations that develop during investigation of official violent crimes, the author also defines actual issues about the balance between the investigative situation and the method of committing the crime.
