THE DIGITAL PROFILE OF TEACHING STAFF FORMATION WITH THE HELP OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This article explores the specifics of forming a teaching staff’s digital profile with the use of artificial intelligence technologies. Special attention is paid to legal, ethical, and organisational aspects, including issues of personal data confidentiality, algorithmic bias and the reduction of the human role in education. The paper presents the Tyumen State University’s experience in implementing digital solutions based on the «1C» platform. The close attention is paid to the problems related to the priority of quantitative indicators, the selective assessment of the scientific publications’ quality and the limitations of automation systems. The article analyses the prospects and constraints of AI in the educational environment. Objective: to analyse the legal and practical aspects of forming a digital profile of teaching staff using artificial intelligence technologies. Methods: general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction; comparative legal and formal legal methods; legal norm interpretation. Results: the study identifies key issues arising from the use of AI in evaluating teachers’ professional data. Emphasis is placed on the importance of legality, transparency and ethics in the digitalisation of workflow in educational institutions.
