LEGITIMACY IN THE MECHANISM OF REGULATORY CONTROL

Abstract

The paper presents the law as a regulator of social relations in the conditions of their rapid development. The authors recognize that the person of law who is authorized to prescribe law rules and to control their implementation should use coercive measures to ensure the effectiveness of legal control. In addition, the addressees of positive law rules, based on their own assurance, stop to consider specific norms as an effective control measures and try to find for the other ways to regulate social relations. All these factors provoke the research interest to legitimacy.
