Abstract

In every bankruptcy case it is necessary to take into account not only the bankruptcy law and the systematized explanations of the higher courts as well as certain aspects of the debtor’s activity, but also the dynamics of the judicial practice. The possibility of assigning a debtor-bankrupt transaction made during a period of suspicion and with late payments as an ordinary business activity of a debtor is one of the topical issues analyzed in the article. The solution on this issue directly affects on the fate of challenging the debtor-bankrupt`s transactions.
