Abstract

The process of state registration of the municipal charters is analyzed. The author underlines the basic elements, without which the state registration of the municipal charters cannot be carried out. It is noted that there are a number of factors that have been identified in practice that make it difficult the procedure for appropriate registration. Taking into account modern realities, typical errors are underlined in detail, and recommendations for their prevention are given.
