Abstract

The article examines practical problems of the application of such a measure as constitutional liability in the form of the suspension of a member of the precinct electoral commission from participation in the work of the commission. Changes in the law on the question of the suspension a members of the commission were analysed, and the most common grounds on which the courts suspend such members and the practical aspects of such dismissal were given. The author formulated the proposals on changes in legislation on elections and referendums.
